Kyle Wilson

Overview

Kyle Wilson is a dedicated Plaintiff’s attorney with wide-ranging experience in both state and federal court.

Throughout this career, Kyle has represented clients in district court proceedings, arbitrations, mediations, and in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Prior to joining the firm, Kyle worked for a consumer class action firm where he litigated high-profile, nationwide lawsuits, including a suit against JUUL Labs for marketing e-cigarettes to minors.

Kyle has also advocated on behalf of disabled consumers, successfully litigating ADA discrimination claims against large retailers such as Wal-Mart, Home Depot, and Ralphs/Kroger.
