Jill Diamond has extensive experience representing clients in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including civil employment litigation, California Department of Labor Standards and Enforcement wage and hour claims and California Department of Fair Employment and Housing claims, and employer advice and counseling. Jill has worked with both large and boutique law firms, and now serves in a Special Counsel role, handling cases in both state and federal court, as co-counsel on class actions, and in mediation and arbitration.
Jill assists clients with practical strategies to address disputes and strives to provide solutions to complex issues and questions. Jill currently represents both employers and employees, allowing her to view matters from multiple perspectives.
