Finn Walter Dusenbery

Employment Attorney

Finn Dusenbery represents employees in all aspects of employment law, including wage and hour, discrimination, sexual harassment, FMLA, hostile work environment, wrongful termination, and other employment cases.  Finn is experienced with both individual and class action employment cases, and has brought cases in state and federal court and arbitration.  Prior to joining Ottinger Employment Lawyers, Finn worked at another firm that has brought class action wage and hour cases against large retail companies, such as Target and Walmart.  Before that, Finn had his own practice and was asked to speak about being a solo or small firm lawyer on a panel at the New York County Lawyers’ Association.
