Mr. Varghese's practice focuses on state and federal employment and civil litigation matters, including prosecuting and defending claims for employment discrimination, breach of contract, restrictive covenants and overtime issues. He has successfully represented clients before trial and appellate courts. He served on the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy while at New York University Law School.
