Ariel (Ari) Y. Graff is Of Counsel to the Firm. Mr. Graff's practice focuses on state and federal employment and civil litigation matters including: prosecuting and defending claims for employment discrimination, wage and hour class actions, breach of contract, restrictive covenants and collective bargaining agreements, copyright infringement, and a variety of First Amendment issues. He has successfully represented clients in federal trials and before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Graff is a graduate of the UCLA School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the UCLA Law Review. He received his B.A., cum laude, from Brandeis University. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Graff was an associate at the law firm of Thompson Wigdor LLP in New York.
Mr. Graff is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York, the Western District of Michigan, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. His work has appeared in the UCLA Law Review and the University of Hawaii Law Review.
