Mr. Davis is an experienced litigator and has tried numerous cases. He previously worked for Thompson Wigdor & Gilly LLP, handling all aspects of employment litigation and serving as lead associate on wage and hour class actions, Sarbanes-Oxley whistleblower cases, and Title VII discrimination actions.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Davis served as an Assistant District Attorney in the New York County District Attorney’s office from 2001-2007.
