ROBERT OTTINGER, born in Pennsylvania; admitted to bar, 1991, California; 1995, New York; 1996, Connecticut.

Mr. Ottinger served as Deputy Attorney General for the California Department of Justice from 1992 to 1995 and as Assistant Attorney General in the Manhattan office of the New York State Attorney General's office from 1995 to 1997. Mr. Ottinger has more than 10 years of experience handling employment matters. He has appeared as a legal commentator on numerous television programs such as MSNBC, Court TV, and all of the major network television news programs.
